In an advance of my first appointment, Dr. Saad provided exceptional guidance and information on practical matters, including cost, and her observations throughout my first teletherapy session were both thoughtful and insightful.
Exceptional, I had my initial consultation with Dr Saad and it really exceeded my expectations. I have talked to many therapists in the past however never made it to the second appointment as I did not feel there is an understanding of what I am explaining. This was the first time that Dr Saad was clearly able to explain my situation, symptoms and bringing up situations that I could very well related too. The therapists at Madison Park Psychological helped change my life. I was a bit apprehensive about starting therapy though teletherapy / video sessions but Dr. Saad made it so easy from the minute I talked to her on the phone to schedule my appointment. Her initial consultation through teletherapy (video therapy) was eye opening! I learned more about myself than in my past years of therapy. I was blown away! Dr Saad and her team of psychologists are amazing! I love the concept: meeting with a senior psychologist who will design and tailor a treatment for me and then pick the best psychologist for me!I first had an initial consult with Dr. Saad and I got so much out of it. She understood me right away and picked a psychologist in her practice who would be best for me. I then met with my therapist and she was great! She has been so helpful! It is so hard to find a good therapist and it was such a relief to find someone good for me. I was so happy that I referred friends and family members. My favorite thing about going to this psychological services office is the initial on boarding process for new patients. I liked that there was an initial appointment with a doctor who then matched you with a long term doctor based on each patients specific needs. Everyone was very nice and flexible with my work schedule. I am very happy with my experience here!
Wasn’t sure what to expect. I knew I needed help but wasn’t sure how talking to someone would provide it. During my consultation I became excited as I started to share my thoughts and learn that someone could help me navigate them. It felt easy and safe to explore. My appointment with Dr. Saad was incredible. In the first few minutes of us speaking i already felt like she understood me and saw me and knew exactly what i was going through. With that said, she was able to pinpoint exactly some of the things i need to work on….she drew the pieces together so quickly and easily and worked with me to come up with a plan of actions. I met Dr. Saad for a consultation when I was first seeking therapy. I had no idea what to expect, but she was very warm and welcoming, and helped introduce me to the idea of therapy. It was a bit overwhelming emotionally for my first exposure to therapy, but a great first step. This Qigong class is the first i have ever taken. I will say it has been a life changing experience me, not in the sense that i have had a profound change in my life, mood, character or habits at all but in the way in which it added one of the most effective tools to my ways of dealing with my anxiety, depression and focusing issues. Qigong works! It works for everyone and has clear effects even just two movements into it. Most importantly it has severely healed my mind-body disconnect.

Great First Session. Dr. Saad was great at giving lots of information in a short time period. She was very helpful in quickly coming to a consensus about what was going wrong in my life and how we would work to fix it. She has a different approach to most therapists that I believe will be beneficial to me as I continue to seek therapy. While I’m sad she can’t be my permanent therapist, she is very good at setting you up with someone who will understand what you need and be able to work with you on your issues.
If you need to see a professional, make sure you go to the best. Dr. Saad is the best. Very insightful. Very thoughtful. Combines mental health and wellness from all schools of thought. Not your out-of-the-box therapist or practice.
